Igor Stravinsky's Petrushka premiered in 1911 to a great success. Its cunning, whimsical characteristics still captivate classical music lovers today. This ballet follows the story of a hard-headed puppet named Petrushka who is brought to life and falls in love with a ballerina puppet. This was Stravinsky and Diaghilev's second ballet, which encompassed not only legendary music, but also grand choreography and lavish costume and set design. We wanted to celebrate Stravinsky's grand work with a playful, modern art print. Classical music fans and Stravinsky fans can now display their enthusiasm on their music room walls!
Each print is printed using an Epson UltraChrome printer, using water-based HDR ink-jet technology. All prints are glicee-printed on durable, matte paper and are archival-quality.
